  1. Wow! I see people are loving the series. Makes me curious! I only read one Rick Riordan book, Percy Jackson #1. Hope I can get myself to read the other books in the future!

    1. Ishay, I actually thought you were a Percy Jackson fan! :)

I’ve read the first Percy Jackson series, and The Red Pyramid too — I liked the Percy Jackson books more than the Kane Chronicles. I haven’t started this 2nd Percy Jackson series yet, though.

  2. WOAHH. Yeah this book is uhh sort of familiar…(LOL cos it’s Rick Riordan’s masterpieces) HAHA. XD well, Im a fanatic of Percy Jackson series and I never had the chance to read this new book of his. im still looking forward that i could grab one and enjoy reading it! ^________^ <3

  3. Most of my friends say that the Percy Jackson series is a great read. I haven’t read any of the books yet because I’m currently reading the Kane Chronicles but hopefully I will have a chance to read the first book after I finished with The Throne of Fire. :) Judging from how Rick Riordan has written the Kane Chronicles, I know that I would not be disappointed when I start reading the Percy Jackson series… :)

  4. I love both the Percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus series! I even bought The Son of Neptune on the global release date (yeah, such a fangirl!). I can’t wait for Book 3: The Mark of Athena. I’ve also read two books from the Kane Chronicles and I could say that I prefer reading about Greek & Roman Mythology than Egyptian.

Do you have Books 1 and 2 of this series already? If you still haven’t gotten copies, I would love to lend you my books but to prevent the hassle of shipping or meeting up I’d gladly send you an eBooks, instead. What do you say? Yes, am too excited for you to read them. :D

  5. i’m joining :)) thank you!

i’m a pj fan but haven’t gotten around to reading this yet, maybe when the series is finished? or maybe when i win? haha.

    1. Sometimes I do that too, wait until a series is complete before reading. But sometimes the wait is too much to bear!

  6. ASKLDHADGFH Love the poster! The most attractive cover of Riordan’s books in my opinion.

I’m not usually writing comments but I’m a regular reader of your blog. :D

  7. Wooah! Another chance to win the Son of Neptune! Thank you and I hope I win! Actually, I’m not done reading the book 2 but I really want this book!! :)

  8. I’m a big fan of Percy Jackson and the Olympian series and right now I’m reading Son of Neptune but I just borrowed it from my classmate because can’t buy here at Bacolod since it’s out of stocks . I absolutely wanna have one. Hoping to win :)

    1. I haven’t read it yet, Charmaine, although I think you might have to read the first series before reading this one.

  9. hey nice blog. :D i’m just one of Rick Riordan’s many fans and i’m sooo in-love with his books. anyway, i do the odds are in my favor this time, coz i never won a raffle draw. o_o. good luck to everyone! <3

  10. When I first saw the books (paperback editions for the second series), ZOMG They’re THICK!

But thickness cannot stop curiosity! xD

Nice blog by the way xD

    Go Percy!

  11. Oooh! Son of Neptune gift sets!
I really love and PJ and the Olympians series and Heroes of Olympus! (though I still don’t have a copy of Son of Neptune :( . I have to get a copy soon. I can’t wait!). I have a small collection of Rick Riordan knick knacks (including The Kane Chronicles, though I didn’t like that series much :) ) and I’m crossing my fingers to have a set of those itmes ^_^ .
