Here’s a nifty gift idea for kids this Christmas, courtesy of my friend Sana (aren’t my friends brilliant?!?): the FUN ART-ivity book!
Sana’s line of novelty products, ArteSana, encourages fun and creativity, and this book is her latest venture. The FUN ART-ivity book is a 100-page book featuring the freehand art of renowned children’s book illustrator Beth Parrocha Doctolero.
“I want kids to discover the simple joys of doodling & writing at the same time using their imagination or creativity,” Sana says. “This book taps the budding artist in every child and child-at-heart to show their creative and artistic talents.”
The FUN ART-ivity book packs 100 pages of doodling and coloring, and 100 pages of creativity and fun. It’s a great way for kids to bond with their friends, siblings, and family too!
I love this book to bits, down to the little details — the owner of the book can personalize their name on the cover, and they can draw in their picture and fill out their profile.
There are pages and pages of fun activities:
And a section on children’s rights!
The kids are having so much fun!
But wait! Here’s the best part — through your generous support in buying this book, a child living in a poor community in ATD Fourth World Philippines, He Cares Foundation, Makabata School Foundation, Museo Pambata, or the Puerto Galera Mini Library Project will receive a FUN ART-ivity book! What a wonderful idea — if you’re giving the book as a gift, you’re making two kids happy at the same time!
The FUN ART-ivity book is available for only P200 at Papemelroti Branches and at Museo Pambata.
ArteSana is also participating in the Santa Claus Bazaar at the La Vista Clubhouse (La Vista, QC) on Dec. 11 and 12.
For bulk orders, contact Sana at 641.0201 or 0917.8362250 — the introductory promo (until Dec. 20, 2010) is a 10% discount for minimum order of 10 pieces or P180/book.

I love this. I want to get some for my nieces. And I will tell the directress of my son’s preschool to order some for the students there.

We will be conducting a mass feeding activity on December 12 ( me and my friends) here in Davao. The recepients will ‘mga bata sa lansangan.’ This is gonna be our first time to show a little help for the welfare of unfortunate children. Thanks for sharing this one. May the spirit of Christmas be with us always.
good luck on your endeavor!
Thanks a bunch Blooey! I really appreciate it!
And it is true, it is not only the kids who enjoy it but the adults as well =)
